Participation Terms & Conditions

This event is organized by DNA Management and BNJ Entertainment.
By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Eligibility

  • Participation is open exclusively to registered bstage re:member members.
  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the event.
  • Participants must be physically present in Thailand on September 05, 2026 and able to attend the event in person.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to verify eligibility and request reasonable proof of eligibility where necessary.

2. Registration & Contact Information

  • Participants must provide a valid and active email address through which the Event Organisers can contact them regarding their participation.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and that they are able to receive communications from the Event Organisers.
  • If a selected participant cannot be reached within the specified response period, their participation may be forfeited and a replacement participant may be selected.

3. Selection & Confirmation

  • Participation is subject to selection and confirmation by the Event Organisers.
  • Being eligible to participate does not guarantee selection.
  • Selected participants may be required to complete additional confirmation or verification procedures as communicated by the Event Organisers.

4. Non-Transferability

  • Participation is strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, gifted, or assigned to another person.
  • If a selected participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, their participation will be forfeited, and the Event Organisers may select a new participant in their place.
  • Participants may not nominate a replacement or transfer their participation to another individual.

5. Event Attendance

  • Selected participants must attend at the designated date, time, and location communicated by the Event Organisers.
  • Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation, accommodation, and other personal expenses unless otherwise stated by the Event Organisers.
  • Late arrival or failure to comply with the event’s check-in requirements may result in forfeiture of participation.

6. Event Rules & Conduct

  • Participants must follow all reasonable instructions provided by the Event Organisers, venue, security personnel, and event staff.
  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse or withdraw participation from any individual who violates the event rules, provides false or misleading information, or engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe conduct.
  • Participants must comply with all applicable venue rules and safety requirements.

7. Changes to the Event

  • The Event Organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, format, or other arrangements where reasonably necessary.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond the Event Organisers’ reasonable control, the Event Organisers may postpone, modify, or cancel the event. Participants will be informed of any material changes where reasonably possible.

8. Personal Information

  • Information collected during registration, including participants’ names and email addresses, will be used for purposes related to participant verification, event administration, and communication.
  • Participants should refer to the applicable privacy notice for further information on how their personal information is handled.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your participation details, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Participation Terms & Conditions and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
